Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an on-site DC Deployment Team Lead for a contract role based in Hermiston, OR. You will lead deployment teams, coordinate complex data center and network projects, and ensure safe, on-time delivery with high quality and compliance standards.

The role requires a track record of leading field teams, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments. This position is fully onsite in Hermiston, OR, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center deployments and related technical environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading field teams and deployment crews.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Experience tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership for deployment teams executing data center and network projects.
• Direct daily activities, assign work, and monitor progress to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and manage customer and vendor relationships.
• Identify issues, remove barriers, and drive deployments to completion.
