Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a highly motivated Network Technician to support data center deployments and network infrastructure across multiple locations. The role focuses on day-to-day capacity management, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project execution under technical program supervision.

The candidate should be autonomous, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills. Onsite work in New Albany, OH is required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ethernet and IP networking knowledge and experience applying IP protocols.
• Substantial background in large scale datacenter network implementations and support.
• Experience working in virtualized enterprise networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering & PM teams to roll out new designs and products.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues and device configurations.
• Complete customer requests via Remedy trouble ticketing system.
• Participate in migration and rollout of hardware upgrades.
