Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on a large-scale data center construction program in Avondale, Arizona. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• Experience on large, complex commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies; manage vendor prequalification and bid processes.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees, and related costs; review junior staff estimations.
• Present estimates to client; provide value engineering and risk assessments.
• Review and monitor cost reports, budgets, and spend forecasts with client.
• Maintain commercial risk registers and host regular project team meetings.
• Oversee payment applications, change orders, and contractor entitlements.
