Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a global technology client on large-scale data center construction projects. This role focuses on cost control, budgeting, forecasting, change management and commercial administration, with strong client-facing responsibilities.

On-site presence is required in Rayville, LA, with per diem available for relocation. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of contracts, procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in cost management or quantity surveying on medium to large construction projects.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting, forecasting and change management is required.
• Ability to review estimates, change orders, payment apps and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports and cost control systems.
• Monitor costs to align with budgets and client objectives.
• Prepare cost reports, updates and forecasts for clients and stakeholders.
• Support procurement, vendor prequalification and bid evaluations.
• Review pricing, change orders, and commercial submissions with project teams.
