Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale data center construction program. You will act as the primary client interface, delivering value-added cost management across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cost management within construction, with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to guide design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and present final cost plan.
• Review and participate with design services team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare cost update communications with owner and project manager.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
