Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Thermal System Solution Architect to define end-to-end thermal architectures for high-density AI factories and data centers. You will translate compute roadmaps, deployment constraints, sustainability objectives and customer operating models into scalable, efficient cooling solutions spanning chip to facility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center thermal infrastructure or related fields.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (architecture workshops, design reviews).
• Experience developing data center architectures and leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Knowledge of liquid-cooling systems and integration with server, rack, and facility infra.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance end-to-end thermal architectures for high-density AI factories and data centers.
• Translate compute roadmaps, deployment constraints, and sustainability objectives into scalable cooling solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams; influence portfolio roadmaps and partner selections.
• Communicate complex thermal concepts to executives, customers, and technical teams.
