Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Controls Technician to join the Data Center Capacity Delivery team. You will troubleshoot and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) across AWS data centers, driving reliability and efficiency in mission‑critical environments.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, upgrade systems, and mentor Facilities staff while ensuring compliance with AWS requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above.
• Experience with industrial controls or HVAC controls.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS systems across data centers.
• Mentor Facilities team on BMS/EPMS operation and control.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance of programming code and hardware for BMS/EPMS.
