Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction/Controls Engineer to lead the deployment of Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) for AWS data centers.

You will coordinate with MEP teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scopes and specifications, and support complex controls across multiple sites. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of contractor/vendor management, a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree (or 10+ years of controls

Qualifications

• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work related to construction and project execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 5+ years of relevant controls experience, OR 10+ years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years with industrial controls in critical environments (data centers, pharma, manufacturing, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Manage scope of Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) for construction of AWS data centers
• Review and provide feedback on MEP drawings
• Develop controls bill of materials (BOM)
• Provide vendor management and stakeholder coordination
• Develop scope of work for site improvement projects
• Provide technical assistance to internal customers during data center life cycle
