Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center controls and commissioning projects across the Pasco, WA area. You will drive planning, execution, and closeout while aligning safety, schedule, and budget objectives with customer expectations and contract terms.

The role requires expertise in BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, and commissioning, with strong communication skills to interface with customers, subcontractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as PM in building automation or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced construction or controls environment.
• Knowledge of BAS/BMS and HVAC controls.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
• Familiar with BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus.
• Forecasting, budgeting, billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of data center controls projects.
• Ensure safety, customer satisfaction, schedule and budgets.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting and billing.
• Coordinate commissioning of building automation systems.
• Prepare project documents and reports.
• Lead client communications throughout lifecycle.
• Drive margin improvement via efficient resources.
• Attend project sites and coordination meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC throughout execution.
