Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Execution Project Manager to lead customer projects in the United States, from initiation to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and contract alignment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with customers to drive successful outcomes. Expect up to 50% travel for critical phases such as commissioning and outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience leading technical projects.
• Experience leading Data Center Construction projects.
• US work authorization for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Manage scope, change orders, schedules, milestones and plans.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning, testing, turnover, and handoff.
• Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations.
• Travel up to 50% and lead on-site during critical phases.
