Schneider Electric is seeking a customer-facing Execution Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end data center construction projects from planning to closeout. You will manage scope, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer communication, financial oversight, and on-site leadership during critical phases including commissioning and outages.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience leading technical projects.
• Must have experience leading Data Center Construction projects.
• Strong commercial acumen (contracts, T&C’s, scope of work, and change orders).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Smartsheet, MS Office, and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA).
• Manage project scope, change orders, documentation, schedules, milestones, and integrated project plans.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control, invoice approval, and margin optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, engineering resources, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning, testing, installation quality, and turnover activities.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Monitor project performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project activities through site visits, up to 50% travel, and on-site leadership during critical phases.
