Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Lead to supervise controls and BMS/EPMS work on large-scale data center projects in the United States. You will coordinate field teams, verify systems, and drive schedule adherence across commissioning stages.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of data center commissioning experience, strong knowledge of building automation platforms, and the ability to manage vendor interfaces and night shifts.

Formación

• 5+ years supervising controls or BMS/EPMS on mission-critical or large industrial projects.
• Data center commissioning experience preferred.
• Proficient with building automation platforms (Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, etc.).
• Ability to question vendor checkout results and drive quality.
• Willing to deploy to active construction sites on rotation, including night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise controls installation verification and checkout across L2–L5 commissioning stages on an active data hall.
• Run point-to-point verification and witness functional performance tests with the commissioning authority, vendors, and trade partners.
• Maintain the controls schedule, flag slips, and drive punch closure.
• Ensure CX-01–CX-10 gates and site safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate day/night shift coverage with the Senior Superintendent and report progress to the Site Lead.
