Job summary

The role requires BAS/BMS expertise, data center or mission-critical experience, and strong leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors on onsite sites. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Project Manager in BAS/controls or 6+ years in related roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data center controls and commissioning projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, billing, and financials.
• Coordinate commissioning activities for building automation and HVAC systems.
