Job summary

Schneider Electric in Raleigh, NC seeks a Customer Project Manager to own the Services execution lane for C&SP projects, coordinating with the Product Project Manager, Services Program Manager, Site PM/MEP, field staff, schedulers, tender teams, factories, vendors, and customers to deliver Startup & Commissioning services from early alignment through closeout.

You will validate scope, plan mobilization, manage startup/commissioning work orders, and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk views

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business.
• 3-5 years in project coordination, services, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Services execution lane for assigned C&SP projects.
• Coordinate mobilization of field service and subcontractors.
• Manage startup, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain Services schedule, revenue forecast, and budget.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Handle change orders and route issues to PM.
• Provide timely customer updates and maintain a single Schneider Electric team.
• Promote safety and capture lessons learned.
