BW Design Group is seeking a Commissioning Manager (Project Manager) to lead onsite BMS/EPMS commissioning across large data center deployments. You will coordinate design, integration, and field execution teams to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality commissioning outcomes.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in industrial control systems and building automation, with strong communication skills to manage clients, GC, and trades.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in industrial control systems or building automation troubleshooting.
• 4+ years overseeing installation, startup and commissioning of automation and control systems with significant onsite time.
• Strong communicator able to work within large cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite BMS/EPMS commissioning activities and coordinate design, integration, and field teams.
• Manage commissioning schedules, staffing plans and issue resolution with clients and GC.
• Monitor progress, report status to stakeholders and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Represent DG at site reviews and change management discussions with clients and contractors.
• Oversee issue tracking, reassignments, and close-out of commissioning activities.
