Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with scheduling and baselining of project schedules; strong CP analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs into a master schedule and deliver project status reports.
• Maintain and update construction schedules to reflect project progress.
• Promote and maintain integration of contractor schedules within program schedules.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports and perform critical path analysis.
