Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team in Monroe, LA. The role focuses on updating and maintaining the construction schedule, coordinating inputs, and delivering project status reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Data Center projects, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and critical path analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience within Data Center construction preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and baselining of project schedules, with critical path analysis.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver status reports.
• Maintain and update construction schedule; ensure integration with program schedules.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project teams and contractors regarding schedule tracking and reporting.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path and probabilistic analysis on schedules.
