Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead data center construction projects from planning through completion. You will serve as the owner's representative, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor coordination.

The role demands strong oversight of MEP scopes, safety, and project controls, balancing field operations with administrative tasks to deliver on time and within budget. Experience with hyperscale data centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, pay applications, and project controls.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Oversee procurement efforts and ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
• Monitor construction quality, safety programs, and compliance with project standards.
• Review engineering drawings, design documents, and construction plans to identify risks and improve constructability.
• Participate in owner, architect, contractor, and project coordination meetings.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams throughout construction delivery.
• Track project performance and recommend solutions to maintain budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Support both new construction and retrofit data center projects.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead critical data center construction projects from planning through completion. This individual will serve as the owner's representative throughout the project lifecycle, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contractors, vendors, change orders, and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience overseeing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects and can successfully balance field operations with the administrative and financial management required to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This role requires a highly organized professional who is comfortable managing project controls, stakeholder communication, vendor relationships, construction progress, safety compliance, and overall project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
