Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale data centers across the United States. You will own the full lifecycle of projects from mobilization to commissioning and client handover, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across construction, project controls, contracts, supply chain, logistics, HSE, and technical functions, serving as the client representative

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• 2-3 years of experience with data center projects.
• Proficiency with P6 - ability to read schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong experience with cost control, forecasting, budget management, and margin protection.
• Experience driving schedule management, schedule recovery, and project execution under compressed timelines.

Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data center projects from mobilization through commissioning and client handover. The Project Manager will hold overall accountability for project safety, cost, schedule, quality, and team performance while leading multidisciplinary teams across construction, project controls, contracts, supply chain, logistics, HSE, and technical functions. Serving as the primary point of contact for both the client and program leadership, this individual will drive project execution, oversee commercial and schedule performance, manage project risk, and ensure successful delivery in alignment with contractual commitments and client expectations. They will act as the client representative and oversee construction progress, communicate that update to the client. They will handle all design change requests from the client and handle all necessary change orders associated with that. They will oversee tool installation, equipment installation and electrical installation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-10+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects
• 2-3 years of experience with data center projects
• Proficiency with P6 - ability to read schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Background managing multiple contractors and complex stakeholder groups on large capital projects
• Experience overseeing project controls, contracts, procurement, logistics, and construction functions
• Familiarity with GMP, cost-reimbursable, or EPC project delivery models
• Experience leading client performance reviews, executive updates, and project governance initiatives
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management credentials
