Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Construction Manager for their Atlanta office to oversee construction projects. You'll manage project scope, budget, and drive the construction process from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in data centers. The role demands strong leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Data Center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive all aspects of construction including pre-construction and project closeout.
• Develop business cases and bring projects from concept through internal project approval.
