Education: BS in Construction Management or related field; 8+ years in PM, engineering, or construction management; CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED preferred. Salary range shown with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on large projects or multiple programs.
• Define technical scope of the project.
• Review cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor and report project status to the client.
• Ensure work meets client standards and quality.
• Resolve conflicts and manage risks.
• Maintain monthly project budgets and forecasts.
