QTS Data Centers in Colorado is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on a multi-site project. You will interact with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Operations staff to ensure successful delivery.

You will drive master development programs, manage entitlements and permitting, and collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to support custom deals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on campuses with updated budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create monthly development program updates for executive reviews and support decisions.
• Develop a master development program for site(s), including campus design and capital budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to meet time, budget and quality goals.
• Review monthly pay applications and change order requests from contractors.
• Establish and maintain site master plans and project schedules.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering

MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field
