QTS Realty Trust in the United States is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCI) to lead the design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned campus projects, coordinating daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors and Operations staff to ensure clear, timely communication and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for executive program updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on campus projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules and change orders to ensure on-time completion.
• Develop master development programs and review pay applications and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to support client solutions.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Vendors.
• Ensure effective communication and adherence to quality standards.
