Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Wisconsin is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCI) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Data Center Operations to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for updates and budgets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Data Center Operations.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules and status reports for each campus.
• Develop master development plans and manage entitlement and permitting needs.
• Review pay applications and change orders with contractors.
• Represent QTS in OAC meetings and build key stakeholder relationships.
