QTS Realty Trust seeks a Development Project Associate to support leadership in managing multiple data-center campus projects from concept through procurement. You will help maintain budgets, schedules and executive-ready status reports.

The role involves collaboration with design and construction teams, entitlement work, and ongoing procurement support. A engineering or construction management degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for exec updates and Excel for budgets.
• 1+ year of professional construction experience in commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist development leadership with day-to-day activities and reporting.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campus projects.
• Prepare monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, design, and construction teams on campus design and capex.
• Assist with permitting, cost estimates, and procurement support.
• Review change orders and negotiate pricing with contractors.
