Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center New Construction Owner's Representative/Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center projects onsite in Stillwater, OK. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendor compliance, and design team coordination with a focus on risk management and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of three to five years of related project experience or seven plus years without a degree.
• Experience managing data center construction projects and ensuring compliance with construction agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead master project timeline based on critical path and milestones.
• Create and manage master project budget including soft and hard costs.
• Coordinate design team and GC/A&E activities; ensure permitting and approvals.
