Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center New Construction Owner's Representative/Senior Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction projects in Stillwater, OK. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendor compliance, and design-team coordination for hyperscale facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; 3–5 years related project experience (or 7+ years without degree).
• Must demonstrate ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor compliance on complex data center projects.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead master project timeline and critical path-based milestones.
• Establish master project budget including soft and hard costs.
• Coordinate design team activities and approvals.
• Manage cost/change control, including change orders and delay analysis.
• Oversee vendor compliance with construction agreements.
