Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BA/BS or equivalent with 3–5 years project experience or 7+ years with no degree.
• Experience in Mission Critical or Industrial facilities upgrades and retrofits.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead master project timeline based on critical path and milestones.
• Develop master project budget including soft and hard costs.
• Coordinate design teams and city/authority permitting.
• Manage cost change control, including change orders and negotiations.
