Amazon’s Data Centers are industry leading in design, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The Pre-Construction Manager will drive nationwide program execution across campuses, serving as the main liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, and Due Diligence to provide schedule forecasting, budgeting, and constructability guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform constructability reviews of critical scopes for new data center builds and drive improvements in baseline.
• Conduct build phasing evaluations across civil, structural, electrical fields for potential sites.
• Define construction scopes and issue RFPs to General Contractors; review bid summaries and schedules.
• Support issuance of contracting documents (Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Letters).
• Develop handoff project documentation to Construction Manager partners.
• Travel up to 25%.
