Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains.

Responsibilities

• Review constructability of critical scopes and drive baseline improvements.
• Perform build phasing evaluations across civil, structural, electrical domains.
• Define site requirements impacting schedule, cost, and delivery.
• Negotiate with land sellers, developers, and general contractors; evaluate bids.
• Manage GC and third-party vendors during design and preconstruction.
• Develop and issue contracting documents and handoff project files.
