Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations to deliver a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 data center client. You will lead construct‑tion management, interface between projects and the business, and mentor site teams.

You will partner with Sales and leadership to staff projects, drive lean delivery, manage safety and quality, and ensure margin forecasts and timely project closeouts across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience managing construction projects for data centers, industrial or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of pre-design, design-build, and project delivery methods.
• Experience leading large-scale green-field projects and managing trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 Data Center client.
• Interface between projects and the business; lead construction management and EPCMV execution.
• Staffing, coaching, and career development for site managers and construction teams.
• Forecasting margins and coordinating with finance for accurate projections.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client issue management across projects.
