Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations to lead the project delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 Data Center client. You will interface between projects and the business, guiding construction management and EPCMV efforts from pre-design through closeout.

You will manage staffing, cost/Schedule, safety programs, and partner with sales to originate opportunities, while ensuring quality and adherence to risk controls across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience managing construction projects related to data centers, industrial and/or commercial facilities.
• Certifications: CCM, PE, or PMP.
• Experience with program/project management, design and pre-construction activities, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 Data Center client.
• Interface between projects and the business; guide construction management and EPCMV efforts.
• Oversee safety, risk, cost, schedule, quality; support gate reviews and project executions.
