Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations to lead the delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 client, interfacing between projects and the business. This role drives construction‑driven delivery, participates in early sales activities, and ensures safe, high‑quality project execution through close collaboration with Data Center Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience managing construction projects for data centers, industrial, or commercial facilities.
• Familiarity with construction software and ability to learn new tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 Data Center client, interfacing with projects and the business.
• Oversee project setup, staffing, processes, tools and safety and quality programs; report on risk, cost, schedule and client issues.
• Coordinate with sales for staffing opportunities and support contract negotiations; participate in gate reviews.
