Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations to deliver a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 data center client. The role interfaces with sales, manages site teams, and drives safety, lean delivery, and project performance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include staffing, contract support, risk management, and collaboration with digital delivery teams to improve project delivery. Strong leadership and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 Data Center client.
• Interface between projects and the business; lead construction management through to closeout.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and contract terms, and support sales opportunities.
• Oversee health and safety, quality, risk, cost, and schedule performance.
• Collaborate with digital delivery teams and client interfaces on project delivery improvements.
