Job summary

Aegis seeks a Construction Manager to provide construction management support for a client's data center practice. 2–5 years of construction experience is required, with a need for strong organization to monitor design, bidding, cost and scheduling with 100% transparency.

Escalation of risk is the top priority. The CM will coordinate with the client and A/E team, review pay applications and change orders, and maintain daily logs, photos, and infrastructure trackers to support project

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of construction experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field; waiver with 5+ years of vertical construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to the client immediately to keep them informed.
• Review and verify payment applications for accuracy before client submission.
• Review and justify change orders; ensure RFIs and supporting information are provided.
