Job summary

Aegis Project Controls is seeking a Construction Manager to provide management support for a data center practice. 2 to 5 years of construction experience is required, with a focus on monitoring, reporting, and ensuring 100% transparency across design, bidding, cost and scheduling events.

You will escalate risks, coordinate with the client and A/E team, and maintain meticulous daily logs, inspection photos, and progress trackers to support timely, safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience required.
• Experience with monitoring, reporting and transparency in design, bidding, cost and scheduling.
• Ability to escalate risks and communicate with client and A/E team.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to the client promptly to keep them informed.
• Review and verify pay applications and change orders for accuracy.
• Review OFCI vendor invoices for correct equipment delivery and function.
• Daily review of logs, photos, and trackers to monitor progress and risk.
• Create diary-like daily logs and photos, and update trackers.
• Attend daily meetings with Senior CM and coordinate videoconferences with architects and engineers.
