Job summary

Aegis Project Controls in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager for our data center practice. You will monitor design, bidding, cost and scheduling events with 100% transparency, and escalate risks as a top priority.

The client should remain central in decisions, with the A/E team supporting delivery. This role requires 3 to 7 years of construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering construction projects with strong cost and scheduling control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with transparent information flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent and unmanaged communications, escalating risks and issues requiring mitigation and/or resolution.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Development and Design Teams to set up projects for successful delivery.
• Manage monthly pay applications and lead monthly financial reviews.
• Lead coordination with Operations for smooth handovers and commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and general contractors on logistics and deliveries.
• Supervise project disciplines: daily logs, photos, tracking, safety audits, and meeting notes.
• Oversee contractor contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain weekly and monthly milestone schedules and executive reports.
