Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations in Baton Rouge, LA. You will lead project delivery for a large EPCM portfolio for a Tier-1 data center client, interfacing between projects and the business, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

The role includes staffing, mentoring site managers, interfacing with sales, and coordinating with digital delivery teams. Base salary ranges from $134,000 to $185,000, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data centers/construction.
• Experience leading very-large scale green-field projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, target values and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project results for a large EPCM data center portfolio.
• Lead interface between projects and business; oversee safety, cost, schedule, quality.
• Staff and train site managers; coordinate with sales and contracts.
• Collaborate with finance for margin forecasts; engage with clients.
