Job summary

Jacobs is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to support a major Data Center project in Baton Rouge, LA. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of pre-construction and construction, ensuring safety and compliance with U.S. construction practices.

You will work with a team to manage schedules, quality, and costs, while also conducting safety and performance reviews. A competitive salary and extensive benefits await the right candidate, with a base salary range of $146,700 to $201,600.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience on large building construction or civil projects.
• Experience leading a Data Center project team and managing subcontractors.
• Knowledgeable in NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and construction activities for Data Center projects.
• Conduct constructability reviews and optimize safety, cost, and schedule.
• Monitor construction progress daily and report to owners and Jacobs management.
