You will set strategies and goals for successful execution, lead teams, manage finances, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years in project management within construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years of PM in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software; knowledge of SharePoint and codes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all project activities and resources; define team assignments and primary client contact.
• Take financial responsibility for projects; ensure accurate reporting and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-department communications and timely stakeholder updates.
• Manage pre-construction budgets, change orders, and monthly project accounting reviews.
• Lead staff development and coach field personnel and foremen.
• Handle a portion of annual sales and provide client support on project financials.
