Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical data center electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Construction Managers and Project Engineers.
• Own regional construction program delivery and define safety, cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business Development, and cross-functional teams on budgets and land/facility acquisition.
• Identify risks and drive data-driven trade-offs across the lifecycle.
• Improve processes to reduce cost and duration while ensuring reliability.
