Job summary

Microsoft is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead base build, core and shell construction of large-scale data center facilities. This contract role provides services to Microsoft through Allegis Global Solutions; you will be employed by AGS.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of construction, manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety standards across sites in Dallas, TX (Hybrid).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience in data center or commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from ground-up to completion.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead base build, core and shell construction for data center facilities from inception through completion.
• Coordinate projects with detailed planning and integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports and findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
