Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager in New Albany, OH to lead construction projects for next-generation data centers. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with Operations, Networking, Controls and Security to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in data center PM, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and experience with construction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
5+ years of project management in data centers or critical infrastructure preferred.
Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
Experience reading electrical and mechanical design documents.

Responsibilities

Owns project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for data center construction projects.
Direct interface with general contractors during bidding and execution phases.
Perform financial analysis of construction and manage project documentation.
Lead teams to monitor construction metrics and ensure quality control.
Drive root-cause analysis for equipment failures and manage vendor relationships.
