Qualifications

• Experience in construction management of large-scale data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Windows operating systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution and closeout phases.
• Negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.
• Manage budgets and financials for construction projects and monitor quality control.
