Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking a Manager of Construction (MOC) – Data Center Operations to lead the delivery of a large EPCMV portfolio for a Tier-1 data center client. You will interface between projects and the business, oversee safety, quality, cost, and schedule, and mentor site managers and construction teams across multiple projects.

This role requires deep leadership, Lean delivery experience, and ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in data center/construction leadership.
• Experience directing site managers and construction teams on multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Lean delivery and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large EPCM data center portfolio from sales through closeout.
• Interface between projects and business, ensuring successful construction management.
• Oversee health, safety, cost, schedule, quality, and client issues.
• Coordinate with safety, lean delivery, and operations teams.
• Mentor staff and manage staffing on projects.
