Aufgaben

• Lead safety culture and quality across foremen and trade partners.
• Develop and manage field crew staffing to ensure cost-effective performance.
• Coordinate with Field Engineer on survey, layout, and schedule needs.
• Assist in schedule development, look-ahead planning, and Last Planner System implementation.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation (timesheets, daily reports, safety/quality forms).
• Develop rapport with owners, engineers, and trade partners while ensuring contractual compliance.
