Job summary

RMCI, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage safety, quality, and execution on data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with safety and QA/QC, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision on site, with a focus on risk mitigation and contract compliance. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to mentor supervisors are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality plans align with project requirements.
• Maintain site safety with Safety team and stakeholders.
• Support Foreman and Field Superintendents.
• Assure quality of site production with QA/QC.
• Collaborate with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and HR.
• Work with Project Manager on labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans considering requirements and constraints.
• Mentor Field Superintendents and Foreman.
• Build rapport with customers with integrity and transparency.
