Job summary

Nox Group seeks an Area Superintendent to support RMCI’s data center and mission-critical construction projects across the country. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leading field teams in a demanding environment.

The role requires strong leadership, proven project execution, and collaboration with owners, engineers, and trade partners. OSHA 30 is required, with a focus on safety-first execution.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction practices and their impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and take initiative.
• Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Champions safety and quality across foremen and trade partners.
• Develops and mentors foremen and craft leadership.
• Provides guidance on survey/layout needs and project scheduling.
• Assists with schedule development using pull plans and Last Planner System.
• Prepares work plans for critical tasks and conducts reviews with Field Engineer and Foreman.
• Monitors budgets for labor, equipment, and materials and plans accordingly.
• Ensures proper reporting and documentation by crews (timesheets, reports, safety forms).
• Leads QC process coordination for assigned scope and projects.
• Participates in daily and weekly project meetings.
• Reports field issues to Field Engineer and Project Superintendent.
• Assists in development of lift drawings.
• Builds rapport with owners, engineers, and trade partners and ensures contractual compliance.
• Plans and executes Hazardous energy control, T&E, working at heights, and confined spaces.
