Job summary

Nox Group, owner of Corbins and RMCI, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead safety, quality and field operations on data center and mission-critical construction projects in the Southwest. You will mentor field teams and coordinate with QA/QC, Safety and Project Management to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong construction knowledge, leadership ability, and exceptional communication skills, with OSHA-30 certification or training provided.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction processes, standards and impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, prioritize, and take initiative.
• Track record of supporting a team through complex project execution.
• Experience leading project teams and achieving project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA-30 certification required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality plans align with project requirements and are followed throughout the project.
• Lead site safety and coordinate with Safety to align plans with industry standards.
• Support Foreman and Field Superintendents to meet responsibilities.
• Ensure quality of all site production and collaborate with QA/QC on execution plans.
• Foster strong relationships with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC and HR to maximize team capacity.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure accurate labor projections and schedule adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Mentor Field Superintendents and Foremen, holding them accountable for their duties.
• Build rapport with customers with integrity and transparency while managing risk and contracts.
