Job summary

RMCI, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to lead data center and mission-critical construction programs across multiple regions in the United States.

This role will drive complex initiatives from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. You will mentor Project Managers, coordinate with executive leadership and design teams, and support business development through proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for large-scale data center

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project, program, or construction management roles.
• 5+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction (data center strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of phased turnover and high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Coordinate with executives and field operations to align strategies across regions.
• Oversee project team success, safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Mentor Project Managers and senior field leaders; support national expansion.
